TT systems have optimised the largest district heating network in Europe, causing a reduction of more than 145,000 tons of CO₂. 223,068,181 trees absorb this amount of carbon dioxide for a year, that’s 32,945 hectares of forest, roughly the area of Łódź.

The SILO optimiser, implemented at the Rybnik power plant, reduces CO2 emissions by 8,000 tons of CO₂ for a year. Such an amount of carbon dioxide is absorbed for a year by 1,291,818 trees – that’s 1,845 hectares of forest, which is roughly the area of Warsaw’s Śródmieście district.
